i take upfront paypal payments in USD.

i reserve the right to include any fulfilled commissions in profiles, portfolios, as examples on commission sheets, etc.

i may charge a complexity fee for extreme amounts of detail or any extra props.

i provide progress screenshots for the sketch and flatcolor stages of any commission. once the sketch is approved, i will not provide refunds.

i will not accept major revisions/complete overhauls after the sketch has been approved. [smaller adjustments and changes are always welcome for discussion, though]

clients are not permitted to use any commissioned work for AI training or similar purposes. This is not negotiable

commissions are for personal use only.

turnaround time can be expected to range anywhere from 1-6 weeks. clients will be notified if time to complete a commission exceeds this range.

i work on a first come, first served basis so depending on the situation it may take me a while to start your commission in particular. if you need me to prioritize yours for a deadline, let me know!!
